Complex Litigation
I litigate complex commercial matters anywhere. I have represented fiduciaries such as a federal equity receiver over a business previously engaged in a Ponzi scheme and bankruptcy trustees and plan administrators in bankruptcy-attendant litigation, including directors and officers litigation and fraudulent transfer litigation.
Civil Rights
